Meet & Greet — The Welcome Sniff Session

A Welcome Sniff Session is your dog’s gentle, no‑pressure introduction to The Bush & Beach Retreat — and to our resident ambassador, Wally, my friendly, funny, brindled Staffy who adapts beautifully to every dog he meets. He’s the perfect “first friend” for nervous pups, social butterflies, and everyone in between.

This relaxed visit gives your dog time to explore the garden paths, sniff the bush breeze, and check out the play areas at their own pace. When they’re ready, they’ll meet Wally in a calm, slow, dog‑led way — a few sniffs, a soft tail wag, and a chance to decide, “Yep… this feels like a good place with good dogs.”

While the pups get acquainted, we’ll chat about your dog’s routines, quirks, comforts, and any special needs. I take notes to build a personalised care plan so their stay feels familiar, safe, and deeply supported.
